Caravan Ownership

Nant Newydd is proud to partner and represent a number of caravan manufacturers and distributors, offering brand-new static caravans from £55,000. We sell a wide range of caravans from a variety of manufacturers including Atlas, Willerby, Carnaby, Swift, ABI and, having the luxury of space around all of our caravan pitches we can accommodate most makes, models and sizes.

Caravans are increasingly becoming ‘home from home’ and many now benefit from double glazing and central heating allowing you to enjoy even those cold winter days spent at the caravan. Optional extras include such items as integrated fridge freezers, dishwashers and washing machines.

In addition to new caravans, from time to time a pre-owned caravan may become available for sale on site.

Site Fees for 2024 Season

Static Caravan £4,350

The annual pitch fee is for the stationing of your caravan on the pitch for 2024. Services provided at no additional cost include water, rates, ground maintenance, sewerage and waste management.

We will now be offering a new optional extended season that will run from the 1st November 2024 – 1st December 2024 for an additional cost of £450.

Wifi is also provided free of charge. Electric and gas are metered and charged separately.

Seasonal Tourers £3,295

The annual pitch fee is for the stationing of your touring caravan on the pitch for the period from 1st March 2024 to 31st October 2024. Electric is metered and operates via a prepaid card. Services provided at no additional cost include water, rates, ground maintenance, sewerage and waste management.

Wifi is also provided free of charge.
